Wrocław, February 20, 2024 - Rare Metals Recovery (RMR), a Wastes Service Group company, announces the next stage of development in the strategic raw materials recycling sector.

As part of its strategy to strengthen its position on the market and strive for sustainable development, RMR acquired an organized part of PRODIGO sp. z o.o.— Metal Preparation and Processing Plant in Mirosławice, Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The new acquisition will enable RMR to expand in the recycling area of key raw materials for the economy, including copper, aluminium, nickel and cobalt.

Currently, the company has recycling lines GUIDETTI, PANIZZOLO, MEWA, PRONAR, but one of the key steps in the company's development plans is the launch within a few weeks of a new line for the granulation and separation of non-ferrous metals and thin-walled materials and the modification of the existing recycling and recovery lines. These investments will enable more efficient production and allow us to better adapt to growing market demands.

RMR places particular emphasis on providing comprehensive services to the automotive and electric vehicle (EV) industries. In the context of the dynamic development of the electric vehicle sector and the increasing role of sustainable practices in the automotive industry, RMR intends to provide innovative solutions for the recycling of raw materials.
