We are at the Lower Silesian Congress of Family Companies 2025

Behind us is a unique event full of valuable conversations, inspiring speeches and meetings with people who are realistically shaping the future of the family business. During the second edition of the Congress, organized by Western Chamber of Commerce - Employers and Entrepreneurs, held under the slogan “At the crossroads of generations — change, balance, success”, represented us Marzena Zawalich and Aldona Maziak.

As a recovery organization, we followed with great attention a panel on ESG and sustainability, which confirmed what we believe every day — that environmental responsibility is not the future, it is the present.

We talked about it:

— how ESG changes the expectations of the market, customers and investors
— how to combine efficiency with ecology,
— and why the lack of a sustainable development strategy is a business risk today.
